Team litter picking

Members of the Brain Repair Group took their sustainability efforts beyond the lab this week, heading out into Museum Avenue and Alexandra Gardens for a community litter-picking session.

The team collected 5 bin bags full of litter after just an hour of collecting! The activity forms part of the group’s ongoing work toward achieving their Bronze Leaf Award as a Sustainable Lab, demonstrating their commitment to reducing environmental impact both inside and outside the workplace.

The group loved it so much that they plan on making this a monthly occurrence.
